Ensure Your Resource Is Linked to a Project

Every resource must be associated with a project listed in the Scientix Project Repository. If your project isn’t listed yet, submit it using the Project Submission Form. Once your project is approved, you’ll be able to link your resource to it.

Submit Your Resource

Once your project is approved:

• Open the Resource Submission Form.
• Ensure you are logged in.
• Complete all required fields, link your resource to the relevant project, and upload your files.
• Choose how your resource will be categorized:
  • Report → It will appear in the Scientix Papers Repository.
  • Teaching Material → It will appear in the Scientix Teaching Materials Repository.
  • Training Course → It will appear in the Scientix Training Resources Repository.
• If applicable, your resource can be listed under multiple categories.

Moderation and Publication

Once submitted, our team will review your resource. You can expect a response within three days. If approved, it will be published in the appropriate Scientix repository and made available on the website.
