‘MAKE YOUR OWN POSTER’ Competition
The ‘Make your own Poster’ competition for teachers of science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) subjects in primary and secondary schools, aims at promoting Subjects and Resources from the Scientix Resources Repository.
STEP 1: DOWNLOAD & CREATE
All they have to do is to show which are their favourite Scientix resources and how they use them to stimulate their STEM lessons! Teachers can download a template for their poster from here .
STEP 2: SHARE & ENTER THE COMPETITION
Teachers must also share their posters via Twitter OR Facebook OR Instagram using the competition’s official hashtag #ScientixPoster. By adding this hashtag, they will submit their poster and enter the competition.
STEP 3: VOTE
All content must be shared on social media by the end of 23 April 2017 to be eligible for the competition. Selected contributions will be showcased here and put up officially for a vote during the STEM Discovery Week from 24 to 30 April 2017.
The unofficial vote starts the moment they post their poster on social media.

This competition is inspired by Nikolaos Nerantzis, Scientix Ambassador in Greece
Nikolaos created a number of posters based on activities of the Scientix community, including the resource repository, to use in general presentations and to show teachers how the community can help them in their line of work.
WHAT SUBJECT INTERESTS YOU? As an example, Nikolaos created this poster to showcase astronomy resources from Scientix about constellations. This may help you to get started, but we want you to create your personalised poster with your favourite resources where you also explain how you use them to stimulate your science lessons. Good luck!Go back to the main page of STEM Discovery Week
