I oversee research projects and consortiums, ensuring their smooth execution and fostering collaboration. My daily work includes research, team coordination, facilitating discussions, networking, and managing projects, all while ensuring productivity and satisfaction within the team. With extensive experience at Nokia and VTT, I am constantly inspired by working with talented people from diverse backgrounds, which offers continuous opportunities for learning and growth.
