With a background in graphic arts technology, I have worked at VTT since 2002, progressing through roles such as Research Trainee, Researcher, and Senior Scientist. My focus is on carbon-neutral solutions, including sustainable energy, transport technologies, and the built environment. Each day involves coordinating multiple projects, leading consortiums, and developing internal processes to ensure smooth project execution. My background in Graphic Arts Technology and Wood Processing Technology, along with my experience managing diverse international projects, drives my passion for research and development. Throughout my career at VTT, I have honed my skills in project management, achieving an IPMA Level C certification, and continually strive to foster innovation through collaboration across sectors.
