I am the Strategy and Partnerships Manager at Transilvania IT Cluster, where I focus on strategic programme design, capacity building, and fostering partnerships to drive green and digital transformation. I also serve as an expert consultant in areas such as conflict management, non-formal education, and development cooperation, working to enhance leadership, innovation, and collaboration across organizations and civil society. My passion lies in creating environments for personal, organizational, and societal development through strategic learning. With a diverse background spanning Romania, Italy, the USA, and Costa Rica, I draw inspiration from my global experiences to bring about meaningful change.
Meet the professional
In my current role as a strategist and partnership manager at Transilvania IT Cluster, I work on long-term planning and collaboration with public, private, and academic institutions to drive green and digital transformation. I manage projects focused on sustainability, such as developing a Digital Twin for a block of flats to improve environmental impact and quality of life for residents. Additionally, I design and deliver training programs on digital transformation, innovation, and project management. My background in conflict transformation, peacebuilding, and development education has given me a unique perspective on sustainable, human-centric transformation. My career path has been dynamic, from working in NGOs to exploring the digitalization business within a tech cluster. Each day is different, filled with early mornings for focused work, meetings, co-creation sessions, and networking events. Balancing work with family life is key for me, as I believe both spheres influence and support each other. I am passionate about continuous learning, having studied in Romania, Italy, the US, and Costa Rica, and I remain committed to expanding my knowledge through both formal and informal training.

Advice to take away
Seek your authenticity and at the same time look for the guiding star in your career path. What I want to say is that it is very important, especially in today’s world which offers a lot of noise, to have a goal, an ambition, an objective.
