I am a European Project Manager at KPMG Future Analytics in Ireland. I manage a diverse portfolio of large-scale EC-funded, and national projects across sectors such as smart cities, digital twins, transport and critical infrastructure, renewable energy, climate change, sustainability, digital transformation, and cybersecurity. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in International Accounting from the University of Turin, and a Graduate Diploma in Business Research from Smurfit Business School in Ireland, aiming to continue advancing transformative projects that align with European objectives and promote cross-sector collaboration.

As a European Project Manager with a strong foundation in research and innovation, I oversee and coordinate projects that address key societal challenges, particularly in climate change adaptation, smart cities, and sustainable development. My role involves leading work packages, ensuring financial compliance, and facilitating stakeholder engagement to maximize project impact. With a PRINCE2 certification and experience in managing 11 European projects, I specialize in communication, dissemination, and exploitation of results. My journey began as a researcher in digital health within a Marie Curie Innovative Training Network, which fueled my passion for the research environment and led me to transition into project management. Each day, I collaborate with international partners, conduct market research, and secure funding for transformative initiatives that drive innovation and support local communities. My background in business administration and international accounting has equipped me with analytical and strategic skills that enhance my ability to navigate complex European funding landscapes, ensuring projects contribute meaningfully to a resilient and sustainable future.
