10.0 Space education: the final frontier?

Abstract
Space is an excellent subject to make children familiar with science and technology but research has shown that teachers feel insecure about their knowledge of the subject and thus avoid communicating about it or do so in a not very exciting or interactive way. ESERO provides high-quality educational material about space and astronomy for teachers, organizes teacher training workshops and major events to introduce the theme “space” and astronomy to kids and youngsters of various age groups.
