Do you want to take your students on field trips, without leaving the classroom? Scientix® is here to help!

One of the missions of Scientix is to inspire teachers (and students)! That’s why Scientix is thrilled to publish new STEM career profiles that educators can use in their classroom to get their students excited about STEM career pathways.

Exploring the work of STEM professionals, what they do, and why they do it is a key part of getting your students excited about STEM career prospects! So, thanks to the passion of Scientix ambassadors, we help you do just that, without even leaving the classroom.

Ivan Stojanovic, a Scientix ambassador for Serbia, and the president of the Serbian Association of Medical Physicists wanted to give students insights into radiotherapy centres and the machines they use to detect diseases and treat patients.

With Scientix, Ivan produced a virtual visit to give students first hand insights into an important STEM workplace that not only makes for an interesting career, but an important one for people and their health too!

Check out Ivan’s STEM Workplace visit now and watch it with your students to get them inspired to get into medical careers! You will also find Ivan’s career sheet in the Scientix Repository of STEM Job Profiles. With them, you and your students will not only understand how they got there, but also why!

Are you interested in visiting new workplaces, or even publishing your own? Head over to the Scientix Community Tool App, activate your profile, and share your thoughts in our poll. We look forward to your input!
