The ‘OUTSTE(A)M in Action: Let's STE(A)M MOOC’ wrapped up in February 2026, bringing together ECEC and primary school educators from all over Europe to explore integrated STE(A)M teaching. But the learning doesn't have to stop there!
All the tools developed throughout the project are now available in the OUTSTE(A)M resources gallery on the Scientix® portal. Free, ready to use, and designed with early childhood educators in mind.
Therefore, if you're looking for a classroom activity or keen to learn more about STE(A)M pedagogy, the gallery has something for you: video interviews with real STEM professionals like marine biologists and meteorologists, downloadable games on topics like climate change and astronomy, learning scenarios for children aged 2 to 9, and comprehensive guidelines for bringing integrated STE(A)M approaches to your classroom.
Everything is brought together in the OUTSTE(A)M Toolkit, a hands-on resource combining five learning scenarios, adaptations of two job profiles, three games and toys, and comprehensive guidelines. Co-created and tested with educators across Europe, the toolkit offers content that fosters curiosity, creativity, and positive relationships with the natural environment.
