Scientix is excited to introduce Scientix Collections, a brand-new service on the Scientix portal, developed in partnership with Cisco. Designed with school leaders in mind, Scientix Collections support a whole-school approach to STEM education, helping schools move from isolated teaching activities to a shared, strategic vision.

Scientix Collections bring together carefully curated STEM resources around common themes and competences, giving school leaders an aggregated view of what is available and how it can support their school’s priorities. Teachers can continue to use individual resources in their classrooms, but at the same time, Scientix Collections will make it easier to plan interdisciplinary initiatives, encourage collaboration across subjects, and align teaching with European frameworks such as DigComp, GreenComp, LifeComp, and STEM School Criteria.

The launch includes two initial Collections:

Each Collection offers a structured set of resources organised by educational level and subject, and filtered by competences and focus areas, making it easier for school leaders to guide coordinated STEM action across multiple classes and age groups.

Scientix Collections are not just about access to teaching resources, they are about turning strategy into action. Schools are encouraged to use the Collections to implement STEM in a coherent, school-wide way, creating learning experiences for students of all ages. By submitting evidence of implementation through the STEM School Label portal, schools can earn the Scientix Collection Expertise, gaining recognition and visibility for their work and inspiring other schools across Europe.

The launch of Scientix Collections also coincides with the start of the 2026 STEM Discovery Campaign. Schools can submit their STEM activities on the map and be considered in the dedicated Scientix Collections Award, celebrating innovation and collaboration in STEM education.

Scientix Collections are here to make planning easier and support school leadership.
