Join the 2026 STEM Discovery Campaign to Celebrate STEM Education and share your pedagogical achievements with the Scientix® Community!

The Scientix STEM Discovery Campaign invites educators, projects, organisations, libraries, schools, universities, youth clubs and all interested stakeholders across Europe and beyond to celebrate careers and studies in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.

From Monday 2 February to Thursday 30 April 2026, the STEM Discovery Campaign map is the place for all educators from Europe and beyond to share their activities, lessons and events that celebrates STEM education.

There are many types of activities that can be pinned on the map and shared with your peers during the Campaign. Whether you introduced a new STEM topic or career in class or implemented a resource from Scientix and one of its’ partner projects, like a learning scenario or a career activity, pin it!

Or perhaps you learnt about new skills or subjects through one of our online courses, organised or participated in STEM education policy or academic events, then we want to know about all the exciting activities Scientix helped you achieve since May 2025.

Every year, the Scientix STEM Discovery Campaign is your opportunity to showcase your successes, inspire others, and to amplify the impact of your practice.

​​​​​The STEM Discovery Campaign helps you share your educational achievements inside and outside the classroom with thousands of educators across the world, using the Scientix portal or the STEM Discovery Campaign App, which can easily be downloaded from the app stores.

And that’s not all: more than 20 new Scientix Awards will once again recognise the contributions of exceptional educators who pinned their activities on the map and contributed to making STEM education better for their students, and for their peers!

The awards include some exciting topics from environmental education to artificial intelligence, and explore new Scientix services like the Scientix Collections, so don’t forget to check out the eligibility criteria for each award on the Scientix page and in the app! Lots of exciting prizes await!

This year, the Scientix STEM Discovery Campaign is co-organised with NBS Academy, a project co-funded by the European Union that puts solutions inspired by nature at the heart of teacher training.

The project aims to set up an international Community of Practice on Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) education for both teachers and teacher training providers. With its resources for educators and teacher trainers, NBS Academy makes it easier than ever before to introduce environmental education into everyday teaching, helping students and teachers develop crucial skills and competencies for tomorrow. By co-organising the STEM Discovery Campaign in 2026, NBS Academy helps celebrate education for sustainability by exploring the power of NBS in teaching and learning!
