Become a partner of the STEM Discovery Week 2018
The third edition of the STEM Discovery Week will be celebrated 23 to 29 April 2018. Building on the success achieved already in 2016 and 2017, the STEM Discovery Week aims to facilitate more than 500 activities, reaching more than 10,000 schools in 30 countries! Projects, organisations and schools can now request to become partners of the campaign.
The new call for action for the STEM Discovery Week describes in an easy two-step procedure how to request partnership. The partners involved in the campaign agree to jointly support its dissemination by publishing a dedicated web page that is identical everywhere it is published.
This web page features a promotional banner, a short introduction to the STEM Discovery Week, a map of activities taking place in Europe and around the world, and a sidebar which includes all the partners’ logos and names. Thus, the campaign promotes through mutual efforts what various projects, organisations, schools and educators are doing to raise awareness about STEM studies and careers.
The STEM Discovery Week partners also have the option to add a banner to their newsletters, instead or in addition to the web page, for the duration of the campaign. Similarly, this banner promotes all those who are involved in the campaign. Scientix is leading the campaign this year together with the SYSTEMIC project, which is funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.

This third edition of the STEM Discovery Week, which is celebrated from 23 to 29 April 2018, builds on the success previously achieved in 2016 and 2017. Scientix, the community for science education in Europe, funded by the Horizon 2020 framework of the European Union, and the SYSTEMIC project, funded by Erasmus+, are leading the campaign this year by bringing projects, organisations and schools together to carry out activities on this occasion and share them with the world!
As part of the STEM Discovery Week competitions, the best activities organised in April 2018 will be awarded and recognised based on specific criteria by some of the projects and organisations involved in the campaign.
