Why is your company joining the STEM Alliance?
ELEMASYN® has partnered with the STEM Discovery Campaign for its International Student Conferences of 2024 and 2025. Participant schools have demonstrated exceptionally high interest and those taking part in our Conference Exhibition via crafts or posters have shown a strong desire to deepen their expertise and knowledge in the STEM field. At the same time, educators wish to strengthen their knowledge of new technologies so that they remain up to date with technological advances both for their professional growth and for the enhancement of their teaching practices.
As an educational organization engaging apoproximately 5,000 students in our Conferences, we take our role as a medium for familiarization with our ever-changing world very seriously. We aim to strengthen our ties with FCL and European Schoolnet and to gain further expertise enabling us to provide both students and educators with new skills, knowledge and valuable experiences. Moreover, since we strongly believe in the mission of the Scientix STEM Alliance, we want to contribute to spreading its impact to an even broader audience. Lastly, through this partnership we seek to enhance our brand equity and awareness and to reach more educators across many European countries.
Why is STEM Education a priority for your company?
Technology is already an integral part of our everyday lives and is expected to reshape most of its aspects in the years to come. As an organization whose main goal is to provide an additional educational proposal and demonstrate to both educators and students that alternative paths to teaching and learning are possible, we could not be absent from the field of STEM education. STEM does not only prepare students for future careers. It also equips them with transversal skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, teamwork, and creativity, all of which are vital in the 21st century.
By partnering with the Scientix STEM Alliance, we aim to:
- Help students and educators familiarize themselves with advancements in this field, ensuring they remain informed and confident in navigating the digital and scientific transitions of our times.
- Give them the opportunity to participate in the annual STEM Discovery Campaign through our International Student Conferences, where projects, experiments and interdisciplinary work can be showcased to a wide international audience.
- Facilitate networking and the development of partnerships with educators and schools from various European countries, creating ground for future collaborations.
- Support the integration of STEM with culture and heritage, fostering an interdisciplinary learning approach that appeals to a broader range of students.
- Empower teachers with new tools, resources and pedagogical methodologies that allow them to modernize their teaching practice, motivate students and promote inclusivity in the classroom.
- Promote gender equality and diversity in STEM fields, encouraging especially young girls and underrepresented groups to explore opportunities in science and technology and overcome barriers that traditionally exist in these domains.
Through experiential and lifelong learning approaches, we ensure that STEM education becomes not only a school subject, but a continuous journey of discovery and personal growth.

What does your company want to achieve with its support to the STEM Alliance?
By supporting the Scientix STEM Alliance, ELEMASYN® wishes to empower both students and educators through inclusive, innovative and future-oriented learning opportunities.
We offer high visibility to more than 5,000 students from over seven countries per conference. We provide networking opportunities and serve as an ideal space to highlight the importance of the STEM Alliance’s work and progress. Each year we give students and schools the opportunity to participate in the STEM Discovery Campaign, with which we are proud to partner.
Through our support, we want to create a culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion, ensuring no learner is left behind. We place particular emphasis on STEM education, combining Culture, Environment and Science to inspire curiosity, creativity and problem-solving. By encouraging collaboration among educators, principals and institutions, we strengthen community bonds and establish valuable networks that extend beyond the conference setting.
Ultimately, ELEMASYN® seeks to inspire the world of education by connecting innovation with cultural and scientific heritage and equipping students, educators and communities with the tools they need to thrive in an ever-changing world.
