If you cannot find an option that exactly matches the type of your submission, select the most closely related option from the list.
Topic
Select the topic from the drop-down list that best matches the content of your entry.
For example, if the material or activity that you organised or attended is related to soil protection, select the ‘Soil Health’ option.
Remember that you can select more than one option. However, we cannot guarantee the correct revision of your entry if you select unrelated options.

Name your entry, choose a catchy, playful title, or use the name of the material you implemented (e.g. the name of the learning scenario used) as the title.
Description
Describe your activity in detail. Make sure you are clear and include enough information for others to understand and/or replicate what you did.
For example, if you implemented a learning scenario, tell us the name and include the link to it. Share the objectives, outcomes of the implementation and how the students reacted. Include a step-by-step description of the process. If you attended a webinar, tell us who the speaker was, what they talked about, and what you learnt.
Important reminder
-
Did you work on the activity with colleagues? Make sure to include the names of all people involved. If you did not do it, we will consider you to be the only teacher involved when evaluating, regardless of what you indicated in response to the question, “Did other people help you to create, develop or implement your activity? If ‘Yes’, add their names in the ‘Description’”.

- If you are describing an activity that you implemented or a material that you developed with another teacher, mark more than one in the relevant field and include the names of all the teachers involved in the ‘Description’ field.
- Enter a realistic estimate of the number of participants who took part in the activity. Do not inflate this number unreasonably. We reserve the right to modify this data if we suspect that it does not accurately reflect the scale of your entry.
How can I participate in a Scientix Award?
By submitting your entry, you will automatically be considered eligible for one or more Scientix Awards.
When reviewing your entry, we will check if you have addressed the Award considerations, which you can check on ‘Scientix Awards’ page or by checking the Terms of Service.
