Leonardo4Children 2026 Awards

Building on the success of its previous editions, which have engaged over 4,250 children and young people and more than 9,500 participants across 30+ workshops and concerts, the Leonardo 4 Children Awards empower children and young people across Europe and beyond to address today’s most pressing challenges, including climate change, social and gender equality, and peace. The Awards represent a "kind of miniNobel" for children, they invite participants to submit original projects that combine creativity, art, and science, inspiring the next generation to become the Leonardos of the 21st century while supporting children in need through education.
Prize: The Awards include a Talent Development Programme, providing each winner with budgets ranging from €200 to €750 to further develop their skills in art and science. Winners may also receive various Special Awards, recognition, promotion, and publication of their works.

Join the STEAMbrace STEAM Week 2026!

The STEAM Week is one of the actions of the STEAMbrace project aimed at promoting the importance of STEAM among European schools and students aged 11 to 18.
From Monday 16 to Friday 20 February 2026, carry out STEAM activities and share photos from each day on social media using the hashtag #STEAMWeek and tagging @steambrace_eu.
(Note: Pilot Schools from the STEAMbrace should share about their piloting activities of the STEAMbrace resources, other schools can find inspiration in the resources created by the project here.)
Each day is dedicated to a specific field combining each STEM field with Arts, and Arts with all STEM disciplines.

  • Monday 16/2 - Science,
  • Tuesday 17/2 - Technology
  • Wednesday 18/2 – Engineering
  • Thursday 19/2 – Arts
  • Friday 20/2 - Maths

Participating schools will also be asked to submit a signed letter indicating the names of the activities carried out during the week and the total number of students involved to the following email guia@aiju.es
