I think I shall start using these GP right away in my lessons. They look quite well developed. I'll come back to these communities with oa report of how my students responded to the application.

and then I sign in with my openID on the left-down corner

and it workd fine!!

Hello Peter,

I agree, it does indeed take quite a few clicks to get the Scientix discussion fora and then to the particular thread you are interested in.
At the moment, we are thinking about the ways to make the fora more easily accessible from the Scientix homepage, hopefully we'll come up soon with a nice solution...

However, even now there is an easy way how to access the discussions you want to participate in: you can subscribe to a particular thread.

Subscribers receive an e-mail notification whenever someone adds a new post together with a direct link to the thread in question. That way they can react to new post quickly and access it right from the inbox.

You will find the button to subscribe to a thread ion the very top of the thread.

I hope you find it useful.

That is an excellent source of information. Maybe one could even generate threads in these Spice fora to discuss each of the GP materials separately?

I should also add that all implementations by another colleague should be documented as well, as much as possible, and in the spirit of the Creative Commons License.
It would be useful that the documentation included grades, sample student data, etc., to orient better future teachers who wish to use it.

Yes I think a good GPs has to include comments and problems that teachers had to implement in their class the activities.
It is also interested report most commons questions students do to improve the activity.

Unfortunately the Spice project ended and no webinars will be organized. But chats will be set up in the framework of the inGenious project (which you can find under Projects in the Scientix portal too!).
