Hi Paul,
I'd like to suggest a new thread: TOPICS IN SCIENCE RESEARCH EDUCATION. We could include here questions like the good old friend "students misconceptions", new research areas like "Arguing in the Science classroom", etc.

And I have also become recently aware of the folowing current research lines among educational researchers:

- Critical thinking, how to do research and evaluate competencies in STM classrooms
- What is the relationship among scientific competencies and the other skills a student must have and develop?
- Learn to read (and write) critically scientific texts

Would this be a good place to ask for a post about my research? I'm looking for primary school partners around the world to take part in a small piece of research on stakeholder views of science assessment.

Premysl, hi - thanks for this. I tried to send you an email from my Warwick University email, but your email service rejected it as unsolicited.

I've created a shared document here:

Science survey letter

So anyone with that link can see it and comment.

Thanks for your help.

Juliet
