Call for proposals for the International LUMAT Symposium 2019

Current and prospective teachers of mathematics, science and technology subjects at all levels of education, teacher educators and researchers, developers and other experts, are invited to submit proposals for the International LUMAT Symposium in 2019. The deadline for submitting proposals is 31 January 2019.

The STEM Alliance has already kicked off its “Diversity in STEM” campaign and the fourth STEM Discovery Week is held 22 to 28 April 2019. Those initiatives and many more are all compiled in a new flyer published by Scientix.

New Scientix report on current STEM Education Policies in Europe

Scientix has identified a number of challenges in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education and possible ways forward, published in a new Scientix Observatory report. Carried out with the support of Texas Instruments, this analysis is based on a consultation with Ministries of Education and industry and university representatives in fourteen European countries.

ESA’s expert answers questions live from students and teachers
