Scientix at Sharing Inspiration 2019: The Power of Realization…for Policy Makers

Scientix organised a session for over 40 policy-makers, industry stakeholders, key decision makers and leading educators from across Europe in the framework of the Sharing Inspiration 2019: The Power of Realization event for policy makers, taking place on 28 March in Brussels, at the Committee of the Regions. The conference was organised by T³ Europe in collaboration with the European Commission (DG EAC, DG Connect), European Schoolnet, Scientix, SEMI Europe, SME United, Digital Europe, WKO, ZVEI, ITI, MNU, Transport Malta, Saxon State Ministry of Education, Texas Instruments and others.

Innovating STEM classroom practices

Under the theme of “Innovating STEM classroom practices”, the session run on Thursday, 28 March, between 10:50 - 12:10, and was moderated by Dr Agueda Gras-Velazquez, Science Programme Manager, European Schoolnet. Together with guest speakers and session participants, Scientix explored the conditions for an effective STEM education and brought forward STEM education initiatives that work towards improving STEM classroom practices.
