The Space and Teaching project (Projet Espace et Enseignement) aims to raise the awareness of young people about science and technology by using activities related to space. It has resulted in the formation of pedagogical projects in 22 secondary education schools in Belgium.
STEM Ahead is a new competition open to all primary and secondary school teachers and career advisors in Europe. Winners of this competition will be invited to an event organised by the STEM Alliance project, where they will have the chance to attend workshops on innovative science education and career guidance.
Teachers and schools can now apply to become involved in the PLATON project, which is funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union. Those involved become part of an encompassing transformation of science classes into a student-centred, interactive and interdisciplinary environment.
