Those educational packages are part of the Scientix resource repository.

Dr. Tomasz Wawrzyniak, a scientist and an employee of the Polar and Marine Research Institute of the Institute of Geophysics PAS in Poland, who also participates in many polar expeditions, leads this webinar.

This webinar is great for teachers who are looking for opportunities in Continous Professional Development (CPD) because the ready-to-use materials can help them increase students’ interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) and scientific careers. The webinar starts with a short introduction about the Scientix project and the upcoming Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) called “STEM Is Everywhere”.
