The study of climate change has been a subject of concern for scientists for several decades. The general public has become aware of these issues more recently, notably due to the COP21 meetings. This symposium, held in Toulouse, France, on 10 and 11 October 2017, addressed to industrialists, agencies and scientists, will emphasise the importance of space observatories in monitoring the climate. Priority will be given to dialogue and exchange among participants during this two-day meeting of climate specialists.
