Over the past two decades, mathematical modeling has been increasingly viewed as an educational approach to mathematics education from elementary levels to higher education. In educational settings, mathematical modeling has been considered a way of improving students’ ability to solve problems in real life.
In this perspective, in this webinar Mr Mehmet Basaran will give some examples of mathematical modeling of real life problems. He will also present how we use mathematical modeling in STEM education and in IBDP (International Baccalaureate Diploma Program).
