Many students fail or underperform in examinations because of fear/stress. New studies from the U.S. have revealed new simple strategies to overcome this and improve exam performance in pupils by around 10-20% of marked score. This performance improvement is linked to changed patterns in brain activity and appears permanent and applicable to other stressful situations.
